If you cancel 45 days before the event – for any reason, after the flight ticket has been issued – you would be responsible for the cost of the flight ticket. If you cancel 30 days before the event – for any reason, after the flight ticket has been issued – you would be responsible for the cost of the flight ticket and £500 pounds (to cover 3 nights hotel at the Hilton). You are being hosted for the entire period you are at the event by BMI/THE and you should therefore not attend any functions/receptions which are not part of the official event schedule, during the period of your time in the UK, unless expressly approved by BMI/THE.
