Services Form

  • Every participating institution in the Southeast Asia International Schools Forum & Workshop in Ho Chi Minh City on the 31st March & 1st April 2025, must complete this form. Payment for extra services must be made directly to BMI using a credit card. BMI will send you a payment link and a copy of your invoice by email. Our operations department will contact you after submitting the form.

  • If you are intending to arrive earlier or stay longer, please contact joana@bmiglobaled.com to check availability and rates. For early check-in and late checkout requests, please contact joana@bmiglobaled.com. For airport pick-up services, please contact the official hotel directly, who will advise on the additional fees for these services. Until BMI receives the full payment of the hotel bookings, no reservation will be held. Please note that cancellations may only be made by email and no later than 21 days prior to your scheduled arrival.
