  • Every participating institution in the Latin & Central America International Schools Forum & Workshop in Panama City on February 29th & March 1st 2024, must complete this form. Payment for extra services must be made directly to BMI using a credit card. BMI will send you a payment link and a copy of your invoice by email. Our operations department will contact you after submitting the form.

  • For airport pick-up services, please contact the official hotel directly at +507 370-4600, who will advise on the additional fees for these services. Until BMI receives the full payment of the hotel bookings, no reservation will be held. Please note that cancellations may only be made by email and no later than ONE MONTH prior to your scheduled arrival.
